However, you will have to try to find a way to enjoy and appreciate yesterday, today, or tomorrow even when it is not holiday because each of it is worth appreciating.

Actually, there are simple steps that may help you to appreciate your days from moment to moment. The simple instruction starts from the time you prepare your day. You can prepare your day the night before by making a to-do list. On the list, note or prioritize the whole activities of that day in order of importance. When the list is done, you can continue preparing the clothes, backpack or purse, books, or other needed items you usually use to support the activities. By having everything well-prepared, your sleep will surely be tighter.

Afterward, you can make little difference toward your routine activities by setting the clock to wake you half an hour earlier that the usual setting. The earlier you get up will give you a valuable quite time for yourself. You can spend the quite time in your room or you are free to choose the desired place that gives more convenience as you are listening to your own thoughts. This is a good alternative to spend the time for yourself because it helps you to focus your mind and then pray. Afterward, you can start writing a journal, or doing anything you want like reading a devotion of just rechecking the to-do-list. You should notice that daily routines can make your life to run smoothly.

Thereafter, take your breakfast so your brain can function better. Eating breakfast is important because besides providing energy, it helps you to have more confidence when people surround you put trust on you. Next, while enduring the day, you can stop the activity periodically and give a time for yourself and ask yourself trivial questions like what you are thinking or how you are feeling. This helps you to stay focus on the important thing you are about to do.

Lastly, this can be the most important thing you must take into your note which is appreciating yourself and be gentle. In enjoying each moment in your life, you must learn to treat yourself the same way someone treat his or her beloved one. Also, keep talking to yourself and make sure that you are more awake every single day.
